Centrally located near all things Minneapolis, our 4 bedroom, 2 bath home has space for your family. This home is recently renovated and fresh.

The main floor boasts a fresh and fully equipped modern kitchen, dining area, living room for visiting, 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom (tub/shower). Downstairs, we have a games/tv room, another bedroom and a new bathroom (with a shower).  Full washer and dryer make your stay convenient. 

Outside, you will find a pleasant yard, the back yard of the home contains a patio where you can sit and/or grill, grass, flowers and a play area with horseshoes, corn hole and tetherball.

You will find everything you need to enjoy your stay. The kitchen is full of cookware, coffee and new appliances. The showers have shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There are books to read, games to play and TV’s in every bedroom. We even have a desk and a printer in case you need to get caught up on a few things.

There’s even a laundry area for long stays or little spills.  There is also another inviting bedroom and a second bathroom with a walk-in shower to make it easy for everyone to feel at home.

This home is listed on all the major short term/vacation rental platforms as well.  Booking directly here will get you the best price as you are not paying the listing fees associated with each of the booking platforms.  This calendar is live and current, showing actual availability for this home.

* If you are looking for a 30+ day stay, please reach out to us.  We can negotiate a lease, cleaning, etc for the time you are looking.  We will require a background check, etc.

→   All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a selfie of you holding your ID to verify your identity, prior to check-in.

→   No parties or events are allowed (as per our local regulations)
→   No burning of candles (or anything) inside the house
→   This is a pet friendly home
→   This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home
→   This property is protected with cameras that record outside only
→   Please respect the home and tidy up after yourself!
→   Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors! Please be respectful of the permanent residents around this property.
